Design Change Fee

$10 Spirit-Wear Custom Design by Scarlow Digital

HOW IT WORKS ⬇️

-After purchasing, I will send you an email to get all the information I need to complete your custom design(s). The email will come from katie@scarlowdigital.com. It helps if you add it to your email contacts!

-If I don't receive a response from you within 48 hours, your order(s) will be cancelled. I will reach out to you twice via email before cancelling your order.

WHAT CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE ⬇️

-For this particular design, you can customize the name and colors only.

-You will receive both a "grunge" and "no-grunge" version of your design.

$3 DESIGN CHANGE FEE ⬇️

-Each change that I have to make after I send over your first design is $3 each. So if you sent me the wrong spelling of a city, for example, or you don't like the color you sent me, it will be $3 PER CHANGE that I make to the design.

-You will NOT be charged if I make a mistake on your design.

-Orders will close on October 18th at 11:59 pm CT.

-Turn-around-time is 2 weeks (or less) from the time you purchase. No rush orders will be accepted.

-These are not exclusive to you. It's possible there will be other people who have the same design as you.

-These can not be sold as digital files in any way, shape, or form.

-Credit is not required. However, you can not claim these as your own.

-Katie Altice/Scarlow Digital is NOT responsible for any possible trademark/copyright claims filed against you. You hold the sole responsibility for what you decide to put in your own shop.
