Scarlow Digital Alpha Set Commercial Digital License

License Fee: $100 (one-time payment)

This Commercial Digital License grants the purchaser permission to use all Scarlow Digital alpha sets, including all past, present, and future alpha sets and their individual elements, for the creation and sale of digital designs.

What You May Do

Upon purchase of this license, you may:

• Create and sell your own digital designs using Scarlow Digital alpha sets.
• Use letters, numbers, symbols, and individual alpha elements within your digital designs.
• Create an unlimited number of digital designs.
• Sell digital designs with no quantity restrictions.
• Use all previously released alpha sets.
• Use all future alpha sets released by Scarlow Digital.
• Use this license indefinitely. There is no expiration date.

What You May NOT Do

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, trade, gift, distribute, or redistribute any Scarlow Digital alpha set in its original form.
• Resell alpha letters, numbers, symbols, or elements as standalone files.
• Create a competing alpha set using Scarlow Digital alpha elements.
• Claim Scarlow Digital alpha sets or elements as your own artwork.
• Include alpha files in digital bundles where the alpha elements can be extracted or used separately.
• Transfer this license to another person or business.

Important Requirements

• Designs created using Scarlow Digital alpha sets must be substantially transformed into a new design.
• The purchased alpha files may not be sold, shared, or distributed as-is.
• This license is granted to a single purchaser and is non-transferable.

License Term

This is a one-time purchase license. No renewal fees are required.

This license covers all Scarlow Digital alpha sets released before and after the date of purchase and remains valid for the lifetime of the business.

Scarlow Digital reserves the right to update or modify licensing terms for future purchasers. Any license purchased under these terms will remain valid for the original purchaser.

By purchasing and using Scarlow Digital alpha sets under this license, you agree to the terms outlined above.

Alpha sets are NOT included and must be purchased separately from this license.
