Exclusive Custom Design Spot

HOW IT WORKS

-Add your custom design to the cart and checkout as you would any normal design.

-Once you checkout, you will receive an email of a document that contains a link to a website where you'll fill out the customs form.

CUSTOMS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SUBMITTED WITHIN 24-HOURS OF PURCHASING A CUSTOM DESIGN. IF CUSTOMS FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED AND YOUR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE! I WILL NOT REMIND YOU TO FILL OUT THE FORM OR WARN YOU BEFORE CANCELLING YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

-A design made by Scarlow Digital, LLC./Katie Altice that is exclusive to the purchaser. You'll receive the original version along with a grunge, speckled, and stained version of the final design.

-Exclusive license to use the design(s) an unlimited amount of times on any physical products. This license doesn't include the copyright to the design. Scarlow Digital, LLC. still owns the property rights to the design(s). Designs can't be sold digitally.

-Unlimited changes to the design(s) BEFORE the final design is sent to you. Once the final design is sent to you, you'll have to purchase another customs spot AT FULL PRICE to make any further changes no matter how simple the changes are!

***Only the design AS A WHOLE will be exclusive. There are certain elements that won't be exclusive to you. For example, I purchase fonts from Etsy shops that other designers may also use in their designs. Another example is things like the checkers or flowers that I have already been using in my own designs that I can also incorporate into yours but they won't be exclusive. However, the design AS A WHOLE will be exclusive :)

CURRENT TURN-AROUND-TIME:

-My current TAT for customs is 1-2 weeks. I will work on customs in the order of which I receive the completed forms NOT in the order of which they're purchased. So get those forms filled out quick if you're in a rush!

DESIGNS I REFUSE TO WORK WITH:

-Anything political.

-Anything that takes a political stance.

-Anything offensive to a specific group of individuals.

-Anything trademarked or copyrighted such as song lyrics, movies, etc.

-Anything demonic.

*****I reserve the right to refuse service if I don't feel comfortable creating your design. I also reserve the right to refund/cancel if we can't come to an agreement on a final design. I will need to get these done in a timely manner so I can work on my own designs.

USER AGREEMENT

-You may not claim the design as your own. 

-You may not sell any designs as digital files. They can only be used on physical products. 

-You may not make any alterations to the design. 

-You may not use my mockups with my watermark to advertise your product. 

-Scarlow Digital, LLC. and all associated with SD own the copyrights to your custom design. That being said, if you violate these terms, Scarlow Digital may pursue legal action.
