Seamless Pattern Digital-Use License

This Commercial Digital License grants the purchaser permission to use all Scarlow Digital seamless patterns, including all past, present, and future seamless patterns and their individual elements, for the creation and sale of digital designs.

What You May Do

Upon purchase of this license, you may:

• Use Scarlow Digital seamless patterns in digital designs that you create and sell.
• Incorporate seamless patterns into digital products such as mockups, templates, sublimation designs, backgrounds, wraps, printable products, and other digital artwork.
• Use individual elements extracted from seamless patterns as part of a new digital design.
• Create and sell an unlimited number of digital designs.
• Use all previously released seamless patterns.
• Use all future seamless patterns released by Scarlow Digital.
• Use this license indefinitely with no expiration date.

What You May NOT Do

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, trade, gift, distribute, or redistribute any Scarlow Digital seamless pattern in its original form.
• Sell seamless patterns “as is” or with only minor modifications.
• Upload seamless patterns to print-on-demand, stock art, clipart, pattern, or design resource websites where others can access, download, or reuse the pattern itself.
• Create competing seamless pattern products using Scarlow Digital seamless patterns or elements.
• Claim Scarlow Digital artwork as your own original artwork.
• Transfer this license to another person, business, or organization.

Important Requirements

• Seamless patterns must be incorporated into a new digital design and cannot be sold as standalone seamless pattern files.
• The original pattern file may not be distributed in a way that allows others to extract, reuse, or resell the artwork.
• This license is intended for designers creating finished digital products for sale.
• This license is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

License Term

This is a one-time purchase license with no recurring fees.

This license covers all Scarlow Digital seamless patterns released before and after the date of purchase and remains valid for the lifetime of the purchaser’s business.

Scarlow Digital reserves the right to modify licensing terms for future purchasers. Any license purchased under these terms will remain valid for the original purchaser.

By purchasing and using Scarlow Digital seamless patterns under this license, you agree to the terms outlined above.
